How do I restore my purchase?
Open SHERPA, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.
The AI assistant is not available on my device
Full AI features require an iPhone 15 Pro or newer (A17 Pro chip or later) with iOS 18.0+. On older devices, you still have access to the complete knowledge base, all survival tools, and full-text search.
How do I download offline maps?
Go to Maps > Download Regions. Select the area you need while connected to Wi-Fi. Maps are stored locally and work without any internet connection.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund.
Is my data safe?
SHERPA collects zero data. Everything stays on your device. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.
How do I delete all my data?
Go to Settings > Delete All Data. This removes all locally stored preferences, journal entries, and bookmarks. The knowledge base content remains as it is part of the app.
